2. Services & Free Inspections

We offer free, no-obligation crawlspace inspections within our service area. Submitting an inspection request through our website does not create a contract for services. After the inspection, we will provide a written quote. Work begins only after you accept the quote in writing.

• Free inspections are limited to properties within our service area (eastern North Carolina)
• Inspection availability is subject to schedule and weather conditions
• We reserve the right to decline inspections at our discretion
• Pricing displayed on our website is approximate and subject to change based on the specific conditions of your home

3. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided after inspection are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing may change after this period due to material costs, scope changes, or conditions discovered after work begins. Any change in scope will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before additional work is performed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Generally, a deposit may be required to schedule work, with remaining balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of quote.

5. Form Submissions & Consent

When you submit a form on our website or otherwise share your contact information with us, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and belongs to you
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You authorize us to contact you regarding your inquiry via phone, SMS, and email
• You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy

6. Service Agreements

Any work performed will be governed by a separate written service agreement specific to your project, including scope of work, materials, timeline, warranty, and total cost. These Terms do not replace or override a signed service agreement.

7. Warranties

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms (length, coverage, exclusions) will be detailed in your service agreement and vary by service type. Warranties do not cover damage from acts of God, subsequent water intrusion from unrelated sources, owner modifications to our installation, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Crawlspace & Restoration's liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, property value changes, or damages arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us at the time of inspection.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law (such as gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where state law mandates broader liability).

9. Website Use

Our website is provided "as is" and "as available." We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Pricing and service descriptions on the website are for informational purposes — your actual quote will be based on a physical inspection.

You agree not to:

10. Intellectual Property

You agree to defend and hold Precision Crawlspace & Restoration harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party's rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
